How long is the warranty on FuzzyFix pet tools?
All clippers, trimmers, and nail grinders come with a 12-month warranty; blades and guards are covered for 6 months. Register via the form on the warranty page to grab an extra 6 months.
What’s not covered by warranty?
Accidental drops, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or weird storage—basically anything we didn’t cause. Quality defects only, per the warranty page.
My clipper stopped mid-groom—what now?
Email support@fuzzyfix.com with your order number and a short video of the issue; we’ll send a replacement.

Where do I track my FuzzyFix order?
Once it ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and carrier link—paste it on the carrier site or the order-tracker page.

We ship in 1–2 business days; if it’s been 3 days and nothing landed in your inbox (check spam), email us and we’ll pull it up.

U.S. orders usually arrive in 3–15 business days after a 1–2 day handling window; orders over $39.99 ship free.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yep, worldwide shipping is available, but customs duties and local taxes are on you.
