30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Return any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund—for any reason.
Email support@fuzzyfix.com with your order number first to get return authorization. Refund is issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Limited Warranty Period:
- Main device (clippers, trimmers, nail grinders): 12 months from purchase
- Accessories (blades, guards): 6 months
- Warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase and for orders from FUZZYFIX or authorized resellers.
Quality-Related Claims:
We replace with a refurbished or new unit of equal value. If replacement isn’t possible, we issue a partial refund based on usage time.
Replacement items carry the longer of: remaining original warranty time, or 3 months from replacement. Fully refunded items lose warranty.
Not Covered:
- No proof of purchase / expired warranty
- Lost, stolen, or free items
- Accidental or misuse damage (drops, water, extreme heat/cold, improper use)
- Unauthorized repair, 3rd-party fixes, or unauthorized reseller purchases
How to Claim:
